Hello and welcome to the Christopher Murphy Studio website. I’m Chris Murphy and I’m a professional caricature artist and pianist living in Cumbria on the edge of the English Lake District.

You can hire me as a caricature artist  to draw caricatures, charactertures, characterchewers (however you want to spell it!) for your wedding, party, corporate event or exhibition. I draw caricatures live and on-the-spot in the Lake District and north Lancashire.

I draw caricatures from photos.  Great gift ideas for the ideal surprise present for special birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirement and Christmas.

I’m also a pianist and can play piano for your civil ceremony, wedding reception, party or corporate event. I often combine this with my caricatures to provide a unique entertainment package.

If you want illustration work doing I can do that for you as well.
